The company's sales target can be achieved through ongoing promotional activities. Sales promotion done various media, one of which is social media. Social media currently a profitable means because many people in this era use necessity along with the development information technology. This study aims to determine coffee companies using (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). Makro Coffee Roastery company located Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. processes raw beans into grounds. types sold include arabica, liberica, robusta. Products are form powder. Information on research data was collected observation accounts interviews management. results showed that Twitter) Macro account as for drive achievement planned sales. Company have increased quite significantly considered effective way introducing products consumers. Other need used an effort increase Roastery.
